Wondering if it is possible to add channels for current skinny basic customers? What is the process? Thanks.

Yes you can. I believe at this time you have to call into Sales/Billing to have them added.

You can also e-mail billing at zazeen dot com with the channels you wish to order. Make sure to either include your Client Code (username) and password or your personal security password that you created when you opened the account for us as our Billing reps can't make any changes to your account unless they identify you as the owner.

You can check the channel pricing by going to www.zazeen.com, hovering over Television and choosing your province and finally clicking on "Pick Your Own". You will get both the individual price and the discounted bundle price (available for many of the a la carte channels, but not all of them).

Damn. I just saw that Games of Thrones start tonight. I guess its too late for to sign up for it today :(.

Any plans on allowing people to change channels online for Skinny Basic users?

They may do a re-run during the week, so it wouldn't hurt to check their schedule and order it from our billing department anyway.
