I just got a notice saying I had 5 days to pay up, I pay by credit card and the client.zazeen.com page says I'm paid in full.

What's going on here?

Please be advised that your invoice is currently overdue and your account will be suspended tomorrow and terminated in 5 days if payment is not received. Please contact our billing department billing@zazeen.com. Note that there is a $25 fee associated with the reactivation of a terminated account and a $2.95 fee for late payments. Please contact us for payment at: billing@zazeen.com.

Please do as the notice says and contact the billing department as we can't help you with billing issues here.

This is typically a community forum not a company support forum with users helping other users and while there is a Zazeen rep that checks in from time to time, it is not expected.

I got exactly the same thing. I'm paid yet I get a nasty letter telling me "your account will be suspended for nonpayment in 5 days if ..."

Actually I got 3 letters, one of which was charging me a late payment fee.

Like you, my payment is automatic out of my credit card and I just looked and see it went thru without problem.

I got the same response after about 3 hours and it was sent in error, looks like someone messed up over there.

There was an issue with migrating our billing system. Our engineering department is working on fixing it. We apologise for the stress and inconvenience.

Same thing happened to me re: the suspension notice, and I immediately emailed the billing department on Thursday, and got the same apology. Tonight however, I am getting "host server cannot be reached" on both of my STB's, and no service, so either there is a network issue or someone actually went ahead and disconnected me despite the fact that we definitely *not* behind in payment. Does anyone actually respond to tech. support issues late at night on weekends?

I think it may be a network issue as mine is down as well. "host server is not reachable at this time. Please try again later."

I didn't get a suspension notice so ....

Any idea how long the network issue will take to fix. I am down as well, host not reachable.
