Can't use Zazeen on my phone in the evening anymore

I can't use Zazeen on my phone in the evening anymore but it used to be fine.
It is 5GHz wifi.
I changed the channel (any channel I use is uncongested).
I have no new equipment.

It works fine in the morning.
Is there any chance the app mytv is more sensitive than the Entone to some change on Zazeen's end?
The morning would be less busy contacting the Zazeen server.

I live in an apartment and I know Zazeen and wifi are not recommended but it used to be fine.

I noticed my wired Entone had pauses so I rebooted the modem.
I still have the occasional pause but it is very fast, almost too fast to see.
It is reasonable to think that since my phone has a smaller buffer that these blips would be noticeable.
Why did it used to work before?
speedtest show speeds are fine.

A very few channels did work wirelessly.
My wired connection had noticeable pauses on some channels.
Late Sunday night it seemed that a lot of things got better.
It leads me to believe that my Internet is messed up or Zazeen is having capacity issues.

Your best bet would be to call into support and have them take a look.

More people run their WiFi in the evening, causing more radio frequency interference. Because it's out of your hands (and ours) and highly dependent on outside interference, we cannot guarantee the quality of service over WiFi.

I'm also experiencing buffering in the evenings on some channels over my wired connection to my Entone.

That's highly uncommon and usually related to usage issues. If you haven't done so already, please e-mail support@zazeen.com and our support reps will most likely tell you to isolate your STB so it's the only device using your connection and re-test.

I opened a thread with support and I still have issues with just the Entone wired to the modem (only in the evenings).
What are "usage limits", I have unlimited?

I said 'usage issues'. That usually means that you are trying to pull more data from the Internet than your pipe (bandwidth) will allow. For example, if you have a 25Mbps connection and you have a bunch of devices trying to pull data at a nominal data rate of 40Mbps. Think of it as rush hour on the 401.
