***Temporary Workaround implemented***

We are currently experiencing guide issues, affecting all of our accounts. Our Engineering Department is working on resolving them with the upstream provider. We do not have an ETA on a fix, but will keep you up to date. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Our Engineering department found a major issue with the Guide provider's data because of which, it wasn't working well with our STB's. We have a temporary work-around until the issue gets fixed on the provider's end, so at least we are able to provide 3 days of guide data for now. We will let you know when the issue gets permanently resolved.

Is there an ETA for a permanent fix?
Does anyone else use the guide data from the providers?

No ETA on the permanent fix as it's not in our hands but multiple providers using the same data provided the same issues, so they should be quite motivated to resolve them quickly.
